As the Global Contracting Specialist you will be responsible for Process Design and Optimization, Stakeholder Management and Governance, Continuous Improvement Management, Ticketing and Contract Lifecycle Management.
Enable a best-in-class Contracting process leveraging Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) module and ensuring the data quality in the tool to guarantee the reliability of information related to contracting operations.

Main responsibilities:
Process Design and Optimization
- Support design fit for purpose processes and scope within the S2P value chain (i.e. Contracting)
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Operate to, and promote, standardized and harmonized ways of working
- Support implementation of Core Model deployment in regions and follow Core Model gaps
- Provide insight to, and recommend change requests and exceptions to the Core Model for approval/rejection
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Involve stakeholders for incident / request / process resolution
- Support stakeholder meetings and follow-ups targeting a clear outcome
- Ensure stakeholders are informed on outcomes whenever required
- Ensure Internal Control and compliance requirements are embedded in process designs
Continuous Improvement Management
- Ensures appropriate documentation is maintained and CI process is followed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Ticketing & Level 3 Activities related of Contract Lifecycle Management
- Support on CLM tool including documentation/guides maintenance
- Assess and solve incidents & service requests not solved by Level 1 & 2 teams
- Liaise with digital support teams
About you
Experience:
- Proven experience (3-5 year) in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay role is an advantage
- Knowledge of S2P solutions (Coupa, etc.)
- Strong understanding of S2P processes at scale in a global context
Soft and technical skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communicator with the ability to influence to drive adoption of standardized S2P processes
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Contracting or a related field
Languages:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
