Budapest, 13. kerület területén „Sales Support Specialist intern” munkakörre keresünk diák munkavállalót. A pozíció a „SSC, BSC” kategóriába tartozik. A meghirdetett bruttó órabér 2 490 Ft.

Feladatok
📦 Order management – Processing B2B and B2C orders, checking stock, invoicing and coordinating shipments.
🚚 Order & shipment tracking – Monitoring deliveries, deadlines and resolving issues that may affect fulfilment.
🌎 International communication – Communicating with customers and dealers worldwide regarding orders and deliveries.
🔄 Returns & warranty management – Coordinating returns and warranty cases with customers, warehouses and internal teams.
💰 Financial administration – Issuing invoices, monitoring payments and resolving financial discrepancies.
⚙️ Process improvement – Testing new systems, identifying issues and supporting workflow automation and improvements.
Elvárás
- Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Order Management, Logistics or a similar role
- Strong written and spoken English – B2 or higher
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP, CRM or e-commerce systems
- Understanding of international trade, import/export processes and shipping documentation
- Strong ownership, reliability and ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Independence and adaptability when learning new systems and processes
