Our international partner is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their growing team in Budapest. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment, combining operational excellence with continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end billing activities, supporting financial controls, enhancing processes, and partnering with global stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate Accounts Receivable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end billing activities, including invoice creation and issue resolution
- Ensure billing accuracy and support month-end closing activities
- Drive process improvements and support compliance requirements
- Participate in finance system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve billing-related queries
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Fluent English
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or O2C processes
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
- SSC/GBS experience is an advantage
- SAP Business One or Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a plus
- Additional European language skills are an advantage
