Serbian-speaking Junior Service Desk Analyst
A Serbian-speaking Junior Service Desk Analyst role is open at our client, who is prestigious multinational company, operating in Budapest.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide remote support through different channels such as telephone, email, or chat.
• Support our top customers using your specific language skills.
• Troubleshoot IT related issues and handle customer requests.
• Take part in different projects
• Communicate and pre-qualify on complex issues
Requirements
• 0-1 years of experience in Technical Support / Service Desk position (ideal for fresh graduates)
• Fluency in English and Serbian
• MS office skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
