Our leading global IT partner is expanding its Budapest Shared Service Centre and looking for a German‑speaking Senior Tactical Buyer to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing events including stakeholder alignment, RFP development, cost analysis, supplier engagement, negotiation, and award.
- Assist managers in implementing strategies and supplier initiatives
- Manage supplier selection, lead negotiations and contract execution
- Daily communication with business stakeholders to provide effective procurement solutions
- Work closely with Category Managers
- Ensure compliance with policies
- Find opportunities for cost savings, process improvement and optimisation
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in tactical sourcing, preferably in an international environment
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay cycle and related processes
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication, negotiation skills
