Your Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Provide technical support and customer service in German
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access problems
- Log and track incidents in the ITSM system and escalate when needed
- Keep users informed and deliver a consistently excellent support experience
