• Our International Graduate Program is designed to shape the next generation of leaders across our entire value chain — from R&D innovation to manufacturing excellence, supply chain, performance, commercial operations, digital transformation, and corporate support functions.   
• Over 2 years, you’ll complete two strategic missions — one of them abroad — giving you hands‑on responsibility in different teams, countries, and environments. 
• You’ll take part in two annual bootcamps with your global cohort, focused on intensive training, workshops, development of business acumen and coaching. Graduates also benefit from mentoring, personalized development plans, and direct exposure to executive leadership, including opportunities to present to our Executive Committee.

💡YOUR MISSIONS

• You will take ownership of a strategic OPEX initiative designed to be completed within six 2 years. 
• The mission will focus on introducing or further developing a selected LEAN tool to enhance operational efficiency. Your project will target the optimal utilization of production equipment, including the identification and reduction of existing losses. You may also be required to integrate digitalization solutions to support and sustain the improvements. 
• Location: This role includes rotations across two locations—a starting site in Budapest, Hungary and a host site for1 year in France. 

✅ YOUR PROFILE

• Education level / Academic background 
• Engineering degree is required 
• Specialization in Manufacturing Science and Engineering is preferred.  
• Studies in LEAN or Operational Excellence methodologies are considered an advantage 

Hard skills

• Strong English proficiency 
• Academic or practical background in industrial digitalization is a strong asset.
