HR Trainee – Recruitment – Pécs

My responsibilities:

• Pre-screening scheduling based on specified criteria
• Reviewing and evaluating resumes
• Communicating with applicants via email or phone
• Supporting the recruitment team in daily tasks, such as scheduling interviews and handling administrative duties
• Participating in the preparation and execution of recruitment campaigns
• Compiling professional materials and reports on recruitment effectiveness

The knowledge I own:

• Currently enrolled in higher education (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or a related field)
• At least 25-30 hours/week required
• Confident written and verbal communication skills in English
• Accuracy, ability to work independently and responsibly
• Good organizational skills and a team player attitude
• Commitment to the HR field and eagerness to learn
• Flexible and proactive personality
