Internal Communication Trainee

My responsibilities:

• Create content and tell stories for internal communication platforms
• Assist with the management of internal communication channels (SharePoint, MS Teams, newsletter distribution)
• Assist with graphic design work and multimedia production by the internal team and external partners
• Support the communications team in planning and organising company events
• Assist with communications project management and execution
• Collaborate with various departments
• Support company culture development

The knowledge I own:

• Active student status on a full-time university programme (minimum 1 year until graduation)
• A current course of study and/or a university degree in communications and media studies or marketing is preferred
• Strong professional communication skills
• Working proficiency in English
• Creative and solution-oriented thinking
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms)
• Experience with AI tools and LLM models (ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Responsible, independent work
• Can work part-time (preferred: 30 hours/week)
