Job Description

The Service Publications Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating the publication of vehicle service information, including service checksheets, wiring diagrams, and rescue cards. The role works closely with engineering, product development, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and efficient repair information is available to workshops. The ideal candidate has an engineering background, hands-on vehicle diagnostic and repair experience, strong English communication skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, technical environment.

to join our Ford Customer Service Team in our Szentendre office.

Responsibilities

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

•    Coordinating the publication of vehicle service checksheets and wiring diagrams.
•    Creation of vehicle rescue cards.
•    Calculation of service labor times for service checksheets.
•    Coordinating,reviewing and solving service checksheet, wiring diagram and rescue card related dealer complaints.
•    Working jointly within the global and regional Customer Service Engineer (CSE) teams including design for service, service tools, diagnostics             and service parts

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

Business fluent English skills
Proficient in the use of common MS-Office applications
Likes to work in a team and shows strong communication skills
University or College Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in repairing and diagnosing vehicles is an advantage
Experience with Teamcenter, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage
Experience with authoring content management systems is an advantage
